Apartment Renovation

We designed and renovated a Classic, Contemporary style apartment in a modern building co-located with a Victorian style mansion. Our goals were to maximise light, space and luxury, while managing a strict budget and a short project timeline.

We began by reglazing the floor to ceiling windows to frame the stunning views over the garden and Albert Park. The main living space and bedrooms were freshly painted to remove the dark green feature walls. The bathroom was in great condition, so we updated the sealant and paintwork, then added a luxurious new rain shower.

To improve function and flow in the European laundry, the old dryer was removed and much needed storage was installed. A deep clean in the kitchen, combined with fresh paintwork and new lighting throughout, created a beautiful ambiance. We completed each room by adding high quality furniture and colourful accessories.

After several weeks, we had successfully transformed this apartment from an unloved rental into an elegant home. When the apartment sold two years later, the return on our modest investment was significant and the new owners were delighted with their beautiful new abode.
