Consultative Design Package

We design and you manage your Project, over your chosen timeline:

• You manage quoting and coordinating trades and professionals or begin your new DIY project

• You follow our detailed documentation to source ideal solutions for materials, appliances and furnishings, either repurposed from your home collection or delivered new on site

• You stay in control and follow a clear plan to complete your project over weeks, months or years to facilitate staged investment and your preferred timeline

• If you need extra support during your project delivery, we’re here to help and offer project coordination day rates as specified in your Design Fee Schedule

Commercial (B2B) Design Package

We design for other industry professionals requiring bespoke design services:

• We provide a Pre-design service including in person design consultations, on-site meetings and pre-Project permitting support

• We create Design Documentation and 3D digital models, which optimise your investment, sustainability and Project goals, regardless of whether you’re creating bespoke cabinetry, providing renovating services or building new homes or gardens

• You lead the project delivery using the Design Documentation we create

• You retain control of your client, trade and supplier relationships to manage your project to completion

• If you need extra support during your project delivery, we’re here to help and offer commercial (B2B) design day rates as specified in your Design Fee Schedule

SITR bases your Design Fee Schedule for each tailored interior design package, on the Scope of Work needed to deliver your project.
