Our Terms of Service.
Initial Consultation
At Style In The Ranges (SITR) we’re committed to delivering the highest level of customer service for our clients across the Macedon Ranges. When SITR receives your request for an initial consultation we will reserve the date, time and location for a 90 minute on-site meeting. The request for an initial consultation with SITR indicates that you consent to the following terms of service.
Pre-payment for the initial consultation is $163.50 including GST. Payment must be received via the Store page on the SITR website www.styleintheranges.com.au 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting time. If full payment is not received, the meeting reservation will be cancelled. When full payment is received by SITR we will confirm your meeting date, time and location via email and text message.
If you need to change your meeting time, please email hello@styleintheranges.com.au or reply to your confirmation text message to amend your booking.
If you fail to let SITR know that you need to change your scheduled meeting and do not attend the meeting time as confirmed, the full fee of $163.50 will be forfeited.
If the on-site location is unsafe or inaccessible to SITR staff, the initial consultation will be cancelled and the full fee of $163.50 will be forfeited.
The purpose of the initial consultation meeting is two-fold:
for SITR to get to know you and your goals for your new project
for you to get to know SITR and how we provide our services to our clients.
The initial consultation meeting does not include any written reports, designs, services or scope of work beyond a 90 minute discussion. If written reports, designs, services or scope of work are requested and accepted by SITR, a new client agreement and scope of work document will be drawn up to confirm the project.
Consent
You consent to sharing information with SITR, in order for us to provide an initial consultation meeting with you. Information may include your name, address, email, phone number and details of the SITR services you are interested in. SITR will use this information to provide you with the initial consultation service you have requested. When you share your email or phone number with SITR, you consent to being contacted by us. SITR may also contact you via our news and communication distribution list to keep you updated about upcoming events, changes to our team, new services etc. If you prefer not to be included in the list, please send an email to hello@styleintheranges.com.au and we will update your communication preferences.
Changes
Occasional changes to these terms and conditions may be required. Please visit this page from time to time to stay updated with how SITR delivers our initial consultation services to our clients.
